Malls Pals has been offering reliable, friendly, and professional dog walking and pet care services in Bristol since 2017
What started as a love for animals quickly grew into a trusted local service dedicated to giving dogs the attention, care, and enrichment they deserve.
Led by Mall and supported by a small, passionate team, Mall’s Pals is built on strong relationships—with both our furry clients and their humans. We’ve grown almost entirely through recommendations from happy pet owners who value our commitment, consistency, and genuine care.
Whether it's group walks, solo strolls, daycare, or overnight stays, we understand that every dog has unique needs. That’s why we offer Bristol Dog Walking services with a flexible, tailored approach and treat every pet as if they were our own—ensuring they’re safe, loved, and always come home with a wagging tail

FounderI've been walking (and running!) with dogs since 2017. What began as a small business venture has become a big part of my life—so much so that my business and family have grown alongside each other, and it’s been absolutely brilliant. The walkers, clients, and dogs I work with truly feel like a big extended family. I bring a “yes girl” attitude to everything I do, always aiming to show up with energy, positivity, and care. Whether it’s rain or shine, you’ll find me out there, doing what I love—making dogs (and their humans) happy.

Emily is our efficient superstar with a soft spot for rescue dogs and a deep love for the natural world. As a trained ecologist, she brings her passion for nature into every walk, always noticing the little things that make each outing special. She’s usually surrounded by dogs—especially her two beloved rescues, Ponyo and Baxter—and her calm, grounded energy makes her a favourite among pups and people alike.

Currently taking a break from her much-loved “hobby job” with us to recover from a broken leg, Lynnette is very missed by both the team and the dogs! Luckily, she’s got her two lively spaniels, Rusty and Evie, to keep her company (and on her toes). When she’s not out walking, you’ll likely find her buying and selling vintage clothes—another passion she brings her signature style and enthusiasm to.

You’ll always be greeted by Katie, a ray of sunshine, with a big smile—and an even bigger laugh. She’s been a valued part of the team for over two years and is a natural carer through and through. When she’s not out with our clients’ pups, you’ll likely spot her walking her own Rottweiler, Teddy, alongside her little boy, Tommie—both of whom do a great job of keeping her on her toes!

You’d never guess Cat has only been with us for seven months—she’s slotted in so naturally that it feels like she’s always been part of the family. The team and the dogs absolutely adore her. A busy mum of two with a soft heart and a sharp eye for detail, Cat brings calm, care, and dedication to every walk. She’s been studying on and off over the last few years, and has a special soft spot for Olde Tyme Bulldogs (who seem to love her right back!)

Affectionately known as our Chief Dog Cuddler, Alessandra has been spreading love and belly rubs on our team for nearly three years. Every walk she leads is full of warmth, care, and a generous helping of affection. With a heart of gold and a voice to match (yes—she’s a fantastic singer!), it’s no surprise the dogs love her so much. And yes, she does sing to them—just ask her!
